I have definitely blogged this SEVERAL times in the past, but because I love it so much and I JUST finished doing this for the first time in a month or so… I’M BLOGGING IT AGAIN!

Still kicks my butt every time even after having done this workout a bajillion times! The better you get, the more intensity and power you put into each move and the better and harder of a workout it becomes, so you can literally just keep doing this workout throughout all levels- whether you’re a beginner or advanced!

This is right at home, so you don’t need a gym or weights to get a GREAT high-intensity workout!

Do 30 seconds each and then repeat. I think that’s how long she did it, I’m not sure cause she didn’t say. But you can do it for longer if you’d like.

I will be GIFing the whole workout. There are 7 circuit videos, 1 warm up video, and 1 cool down stretch video.
